Monday, September 14	Activities Objective:  Review of Chapter 1 – A Portrait of Americans. Activity:  CNN News Review quizzes from Friday (returned to students for study) Play Review Game to prepare for test tomorrow. Homework:  Study for TEST! Bring a photo of yourself for the class Mosaic project Wednesday
Tuesday, September 15	Activities Objective:  Summative Assessment for Chapter 1- understanding the diversity of the American population. Activity:  Students will take The Chapter 1 Test Homework:  Bring a photo of yourself for the class Mosaic project Wednesday.
Wednesday & Thursday, September 16 & 17	Activities Objective:  Students will learn that while they are all very different and unique they are all Americans and students. (Tolerance and Acceptance) Activity:  CNN News Review and discuss Chapter 1 Exam Visual Portraits Use literary portrait and self-photo to create a collage/portrait of YOU! Homework:  Finish Portrait if needed.
Friday, September 18	Activities Objective:  Students will learn that while they are all very different and unique they are all Americans and students. (Tolerance and Acceptance) Activity:  CNN News Students will present their Visual Portraits Homework:  None
